Good product. Very messy yard when i went there. Had to carry nearly a half a pellet of 6x2 because soo much stuff jammed in the way

Called in today for some temp fence bases that I needed urgently. Bunnings, ITM, and Parapine were out of stock, and so were Carters as it turned out, but a big thankyou to the lady at Carters who spent a fair bit of time online for me researching other businesses that might have them, and thanks to her help I was able to locate some locally at the most surprising place, and at a fantastic price too. Great customer Service considering the sale went elsewhere. Much appreciated Carters!!

Terrible service. Rude staff. Staff standing around while customers are waiting at the till. Only after a senior called them over did I get served. Woman points me to a till no one is attending, was so close to walking out across the road to Bunnings. At least I know for next time.

Need more knowledgeable yard staff and front desk staff especially when busy , otherwise free coffee and good selection of materials
