The worker later told me after the owner went out the back. That they pay for reviews and thats why it's highly rated on Google. Looked futher into this I click on the profiles and they are most definitely bots. Dishonesty to customer's and against the law.Edit: the covo came about when I ask how long have they been open and I asked about the reviews and about the website. This was 3 weeks ago......

quite disappointed with the customer service, I received a faulty vape and I did not receive a refund, the worker was very rude and didn’t want to refund me even tho I had shown a receipt/transaction, i came in with the faulty vape day that I had brought it
