Checked on other review knows they have moved out Grt Nth Rd since the end of 2020, called the phone number and they guided me to their home office which is only 5 mins from the old store.The compatible ink cartridge works as always, thanks for being around when I need it. Great work!

Luckily I found a GrabOne voucher for Topink just prior to the offer closing, had not heard of them previously.I was surprised to find I'd paid too much for one set of cartridges, added $5 more and received 2 sets. With a pension income I have previously found printer cartridges to be a very expensive item to budget for but this price is very competitive.I'm a newbee to GrabOne vouchers, however, the process was pretty user friendly and the customer service I received via e-mail from Topink has been very prompt, helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a competitive price for printer cartridges but also to other 65+ year olds, who may be less comfortable ordering online. These guys make it a very easy process. Suzy

I have bought several power tool batteries from top ink and they have all worked well. Their prices are fair and they are very good to deal with. If they don’t have the product in stock they do their best to get it quickly

Really bad service here. I wanted to buy a raid card which on their website stated that 2 were in stock. Before I ordered the raid card on their website, I called them and talked to a person called Kyle. He assured me the card was in stock and that it would be available to pickup the next day. The next day, I get an email saying that they have sold out. I call them to find out why it has sold out and they say that they just sold out yesterday. HIGHLY unlikely that they just sold the last two raid cards just before I completed my order online.I asked if they had another card in stock and they got that one in for me but when I turned up I asked them about the previous card again and the person there said they forgot to update the website thus exposing their previous lie that they just sold out. They then added an extra 2.5% surcharge for credit card transaction which made them more expensive than competitors. I asked them to bring it down to the price they agreed over the phone, but they would not. I decided not to purchase the card and will order it from a more reputable retailer.WASTE OF TIME. Do not trust people who lie over the phone and make excuses for their poor organisation. The shop is also a mess and does not look professional at all. I imagine that if I ever had an issue with the card they would be highly unlikely to help resolve the issue.STAY CLEAR.

On Wednesday I requested a price for 10 Ink Cartridges. The quote was immediate and at a very acceptable price. I have used the cartridges before with excellent results. Delivery was next day. Excellent service price and quality. Thank You

Great store for your printer ink and toner needs. Picked up 4 laser toner cartridges for our Brother colour laser printer for under $150 (for all 4). Printer works well. They also sell other knick-knacks for computer and household.

We bought a battery.The service and communication were great.II ordered it in Monday and it Was in my letterbox by 7.15am Tuesday and i live on the Kapiti Coast. Would deal with them again.

Such a waste of my money. When I received the cartridge I was able to almost print out a complete paper. ALMOST. IT WILL NOT WORK. I CAN'T PRINT ANYTHING OUT AND I WILL DEMAND A REFUND.
