John at Carpet Court was great to work with - he was very responsive to emails and understood our requirements. The job was carpeting a heritage villa staircase which was a bit tricky. Carpet Court and George's carpet-laying team did an amazing job. We're very pleased with the results.

My business was curtain tracks and blinds. Wonderful service, cannot fault. Awaiting products installation, will update post when finished.Had my products delivered and fitted today. Lovely couple, quick and efficient , and did a wonderful job. I am totally 100% happy with the job. Thank you Sarah for allowing me 2 visits in order to be happy with my decision. Drawing my curtains is now so easy, a child could do it. Thanks so much.

Great from start to finish. John answered my online enquiry promptly for a relatively short-notice installment which they catered to. Had measurements within a matter of days, installment within two weeks. Went the extra mile for my family and I when they had supplier issues, they came up with a timely and improved solution for us. Both installers were nice and professional.

Very disappointing experience. Had to complain upon initial installation as carpet was not under edging properly(photo 1). Then had join come apart(photo 2). This was put down to manufacturing fault so possibly couldn't be helped. However when they came to replace it once again left with a disappointing job(photo 3). Having paid thousands of dollars and now having to move all my furniture and remove doors etc twice with no compensation or anything for the massive inconvenience.
