10/10 I could not imagine a better Real-estate team to use. For transparency, I had never met Jackie or her team before selling with them. We were looking for an agent who was knowledgeable, experienced and unflappable in an uncertain market. We also wanted an agent who was hungry and enthusiastic who would go the extra distance, and all this coupled with a great support network. With Jackie, Bex and Cat this is what we got, in spades. When going through the roller-coaster trip of selling, Jackie was there to steer the ship, no problem was too great or small, she knew the market, the area and the potential buyers and always had a backup plan at the ready, sometimes several! Communication was always on point, they listened to us, were sensitive to our situation, took (and gave) direction when needed. Professional service all the time. Nothing but the best service at all times. Inspection reports very thorough and well presented, any problems are dealt with in a timely manner with good reliable tradesmen, excellent vetting on the tenant's. Being able to call Lorraine at anytime during the day or evening is a big plus especially when living aboard in a different time zone.

Smooth Transaction and Turnover. As a new migrant worker here in NZ I have never thought that renting a house will be that difficult. I encountered a lot if viewings and appointments but to no avail we get always a declined email from the application. Until one time an agent refer me to the house where me and my family are currently residing in and had a viewed of it. In a snap the transaction was done just that day I viewed the house and everything was settled before my family came to live with me. I give 5 stars or more for this team and Ms Lorraine for giving as a dwelling place. I hope for more success in the future and hopefully we can avail a house soon that we can call our own.
