Complete disaster - costed a LOT of money with seriously BAD performance. Due to substantial errors and gross incompetency I've chosen to represent myself in court as a layman rather than being represented by Knapps - it turned very quickly from very bad to very good as most of the problems were caused by Knapps in order to generate more work they could charge me for. Their main interest is to get as much money out of client as possible and the clients interest is the last. If you are dealing with them make sure ALL conversation is recorded and NEVER take any advice over the phone. Ask for detailed breakdowns of bills (they charged me $300 for email how you doing .." ) and record all phone conversations. I have discovered lot of charges for fictional emails or work that never been done and so on. When disputing the charges Knapps abused their OTHER client information they were representing with house purchase from us and they have threatened with taking some of the payment we were sending them. I would rather represent myself than ever asking them for any kind of help."
