Have used this place often for the odd unusual electrical appliances and electrical things that aren't available in most electrical shops. The gentleman is also very knowledgeable about many older types of electrical goods and appliances.

RIP-OFF...Got two Vacuum Cleaners and a Buffing machine tagged and tested from KINGSROY ELECTRIC last week. Charged $75 for 5 tags ($15 each). Other good electrical shops charge $5 and $6 for a tag i.e. $25-$30 instead of $75.P.S. All equipments in perfect working condition, no repair work required/carried out. One Vacuum Cleaner and a Buffing machine near new.

Ordered a part from them for my Miele Vacuum, and it took a few days, but I was happy to wait. Service is great. Thank you, highly recommend if you're looking for parts or need your vacuum repaired, they are the place to go, and alot cheaper then everyone else, I must say.

They fixed my Kitchen Aid mixer so fast. Very happy with their service! Just a shame they are now closing down. 49years of service to the Taranaki is amazing!
