I had the most comfortable experience here. I managed to get a same day appointment and found out I had an infected wisdom tooth and would need an extraction. Something I was hoping wouldn't happen as like many, I am petrified of dentists! Dr Janith Gayan was incredible. He talked through options with me and ensured I felt comfortable. I called a day earlier to chat about options for my nervousness and Gail was reassuring and helped ease my nerves - she took the time to chat to me with great care and kindness. The next day Dr Gayan came into the waiting area and checked up on me, he was incredibly gentle throughout the whole procedure and stopped immediately if I raised my hand. He communicated the whole way through and helped me feel so comfortable! I even had a call the day after from Jess to check in. I highly recommend - they are such a wonderful bunch and Dr Gayan really is such a gentle, kind and caring practitioner.

My Dad went to see James for a new set of dentures. At the initial consultation, communication was very clear as James explained the different options and costs. Throughout the process, service was always professional, friendly, and thorough. Over all, Dad is very happy and impressed with the quality of his new dentures, and would absolutely recommend Wellington Dentures to anyone considering.

I'd had a set made elsewhere and they were horrid. Was told Shelbys was the place to go. Shelley is awesome. Made me a beautiful set of dentures that actually fit and look good. Sorry forgotten receptionists name but she is lovely. Heaps of fun and laughter making me feel relaxed.
