Elite & Super Finish Panel & Paint

Elite has done an amazing job repairing my vehicle which was recovered by police after being stolen. Excellent presentation on pickup, having been cleaned inside and out as well. Very impressed with the kind caring customer service. Highly recommend Elite, Bryan and team!

Although the staff are friendly and my repairs were done in a timely manner, I would not come back to this organisation for future repairs. After my first repair I noticed that the fitting they had put on my vehicle was done very poorly, which I called and asked for them to repair, which they did which was awesome. However after observing, I have noticed that there is some cosmetic damage, a broken bonnet knob, lost parts and other parts of the car are lop sided and not flush with other parts of the car. I am extremely dissapointed and the fact that none of the staff told me is infuriating and I will not be a returning customer.

Very reliable and responsible. My toyota aqua was stolen, which made me really dissappointed last year. But they fixed it perfectly and I am so satisfied with their srvice and kindness. Highly recommended.

Once the car was in it was a fast turn around and good quality work. Took them a while to buy my parts initially but the work Carried out was still good quality

EDIT: Funny that my review of the damage they caused to my vehicle is now their profile photo!They took my roof rack and boot protector out of my car. They lost it for over a month and pleaded ignorance that they didn't have it. Turns out one of their staff members had hidden it somewhere in their shop. The manager apologized profusely.Make sure if you use them that you strip your car of any loose items in the repair area; otherwise they will move it and in my case - loose them...I was recommended to use Super Finish Panel and Paint by AA Insurance. I required a 50c sized paint repair, some panel work to align the bumper and tail light, extra fasteners and a new boot lid seal from a previous botched insurance repair.After getting a call to come and pick up the vehicle three or so days later than expected I was not impressed at all. They had actually made the bumper worse!Here is a list of the Issues:The bumper had new cracking underneath it.The paint around the towbar has been gouged out to the base plastic.The paint on the corner of the bumper has been scratched and paint worn off. (Looks like the bumper was dragged over a concrete floor.)The bumper was deformed due to it being forced into place near the towbar and has bowed out with it being stretched into place.The two mounting screws under the bumper were now missing resulting in an incorrectly fixed bumper that could move around quite a bit.The paint finish had dust marks, small bubbles in the area of repair. They said it was by the other repairer. Even though it was directly below their cracked paint location.The bumper did not line up with the rear tail lights evenly; the left bumper was good, the right was inset.Adding insult to injury they lost the springs holding the trim in place behind the back seats...What they fixed:The cracked paint on the bumper.The boot lid seal.The screws holding the rear trim on appear to be more sturdy.The bumper isn't held on with 4-5 washers shimming it into place from the previous botched repair (by Fitzgeral Autobody another AA Accredited Repairer).After refusing to take the vehicle and one of their staff members almost reversing into my parked car (less than 50mm between bumpers) I got another loan car (which was on empty) because their original loan car wouldn't start for over a minute on cold mornings, drank a ton of petrol (5-7km/L) and leaked oil over my new driveway.They did fix the damage they caused at no cost and turned it around by the end of the next day. They were apologetic and say that they have new processes in place to prevent this from happening again. I am concerned that I might not be the only one who has had issues looking at the other ratings on Google.Now that all of the repair work is complete I am reasonably happy with their apologies and repairs. Hence why I did not rate one star...When they get their act together they can do a fine job however be prepared to have it take longer than they say it will and go over it with a fine tooth comb when you pick it up.All up from the accident it took 6 months to get the vehicle repaired by two different companies and four attempts...
