Healing Lotus Hands

This was my first time experiencing Access Bars and I am amazed at what it has done for me. It’s like clearing a hard drive of all those old, unused files and leaving only what needs to be there, what serves a purpose. Decluttering of the mind.My thinking is a lot clearer.It’s like I’m not walking around thinking about a million things all at once. I feel like I can focus and concentrate on what needs to be worked on and handled, not weighed down with unnecessary thoughts and worries getting in the way.My mind is not varying off and making things worse than they need to be.It’s like it’s moved un needed thoughts out of the way and brought forward what I’ve been pushing aside because it was too hard to even think about without getting overwhelmed and consumed by various thoughts. I feel a lot calmer and like I can cope with my thoughts easier.Sylvia made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Access Bars if you want to have a clearer mind and be able to focus on what you need to. I will definitely be visiting again.
