Super helpful when my wife called in with unexpected car troubles. Got her sorted immediately... no charge... with a smile... and we'd never even been there before! On the strength of that great service we then took our older Maxima in for service and tune and were absolutely stunned when we got it back because its now running better than new! They went above and beyond to diagnose a long-standing problem (that we'd simply learned to live with), they went above and beyond to track down some hard to get parts to rectify that problem and they did all that after giving us a loaner car and keeping us in the loop about what was going on. We may not have been customers when my wife first called in... but we certainly are now. Highly recommended..
