The sales experience was good but not the service experience… One of the receptionist at the service department possess an attitude that is borderline rude. Yes, she helped got the job done but it was an unpleasant experience to say at least.

Customer service has gone down well below average. Dropped the car at 11 in the morning for a standard service that usually takes about 1.5 hrs. Still waiting at 4pm. No prior communication to say that this would take this long. Very poor communication. Not a lot of accountability shown either.

Was an ok experience. I expect when asking a sales person about a product they are selling, I would expect they know about that product. Especially when it costs thousands. We didn't get that, I'm not sure" was a standard response. Seemed the sales guy kept forgetting what stage of the sale we were at. Kept asking about the wheels

Worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. I walked around in the showroom for more than five minutes without anyone even greeting me. But how their eyes lit up when I said I wanted to buy a new car! Needless to say they won’t make the sale. Not now. Not ever.
