Air New Zealand Cargo

I sent a kitten via Air NZ cargo. The experience was easy and quick.If I had to send an animal again, I would have no hesitation or second thoughts about coming here again.

Very friendly and helpful service.

Went to pick up our pup from back home. Service was awesome, team brought her to the car and all we had to do was sign for her. Great service, good amount of parking and friendly staff

The employee was great and very helpful. Not sure way there was 1 hour delay getting them to Wellington.But dogs are all good so that's the important thing

Friendly team. Easy collection of our cats at 6.30pm.

I arrived around 8:10am on the 25th of March to Auckland airport. There was an Asian guy with the glasses at the Air nz baggage service counter(another Asian guy was sitting in the side doing computer so he has nothing to do with it), and I asked him if I needed to pick up my luggage cause I was transferring. He kept saying yes while I was talking, and all of the sudden asked me how many times he said yes to me. And he got out of the counter and slammed the counter glass if I could't hear him because of that shield.He was quite intimidating and rude.Can't believe this could happen at the service counter, and it definitely ruined the image of airnz and New Zealand.

Don't answer the phone or any emails but other than that was a breeze to pick up our precious lil puppy who arrived happy and we'll - Don't forget to take ID for pickups.

Helpful staff especially as we were picking up my brother who had passed away and we flew his coffin back from Dunedin.
