Lovely sized gym. Well conditioned. Some snaps are just too hot and too ghetto. This one feels modern. An unintimidating gym with friendly regulars.

Been a member here for years and simply love it! The staff always have time to ask how your day is going and really do care about your fitness goals. Nice quiet gym and even during peak hours, the gym is so spaced out that you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other and you don’t have to fight for equipment! Angie the manager is an absolute gem! Always has a smile and has created an amazing community culture with in the club. PT Simon is a legend too. Best gym on the shore!

Staff is super welcoming and the gym is always clean. Really enjoy the friendly group community and the gym is never overly crowded making daily workouts a lot more enjoyable compared to other gyms. Would recommend for people of all levels due to the great assortment of machines and weights.

Awesome gym staff and always clean have Ruby as my personal trainer couldn't recommend her more always supportive amazing communication always happy to answers questions caters workouts around clients injuries and goals could not have asked for a better personal trainer.

Been going here for years. Pretty good gym. Usually clean, friendly staff etc. Only one complaint, sometimes the music they play is too loud. Everyone has headphones on, but the music is still on and loud so you hear it over your headphones. And the music played is only for teens, just generic pop. So annoying sometimes I end up leaving sooner than I would have.

Awesome gym. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable staff who also work-out. Great to have gym-staff who 'look-the-part' which is motivating for me.Tonne-load of gear and machines to suit your workout style. This gym is one of the smaller gyms, but everything is positioned well, so you can always find plenty of floor space to workout while waiting for a machine/spot...etcI work part-time so love going during off-peak. Super quiet from 11-ish -3:30 weekdays, and after 12 weekends.

Birkenhead has recently been revamped and I am loving the vibe! The members are always so happy doing the classes. The Team have amazing communication, are super friendly and pay attention to what your goals are, you aren't just a number, you are part of the family!
