ONE Union

I JOINED THE UNION AND I CAN'T LEAVE NOW, HELP!!! IM GIVING TWO STARS FOR THIS.

Very stressful, unprofessional and rude. I had a case with them since the middle of April. I was promised a quick resolution and that my case was fairly standard when I paid them my fees. The appointed person would tell me everything was moving forward, over the phone. In August we had a face to face meeting where they produced an email dated in June from my previous employer. After that, just excuses as to why they didn't respond to the email, they seemed like they had given up on my case. September, my appointed contact left the company and a more senior" member of one union was to take over my case. They then completely changed their stance with my case
