I brought a box of lifters for the bed which I only needed 2 of the 4 there to lift the bottom end of bed hopefully to help my cramp. It was not suitable as the bed was too high and sloping downwards, 2 books placed under there were better. I returned the box which had been opened prior so did not check whether the rubbers were ok. These cost me $124.00 approx., I was told I couldnt return them as firstly it was over time of '2' days. I dont remember being told 2 days! otherwise I would have returned them then..the problem was these girls in there dont concentrate on what you're saying always pre-occupied in their attitude which with me not having my hearing aids on, must have missed the time frame, as they were pbly muttering while on the computer. I was not happy and just left the box there and walked out...rubbers can be replaced easily which they said were worn. I will not be going back there anyway everything is too expensive and there should be a sign at the door saying 'returns within 2 DAYS!!!

Found the perfect walker for my partner. It was made in Poland and very strong. When we had trouble with it working screws loose, they took it away for repairs and gave us a loaned one to use in the meantime and fixed our one. Great service

A gentleman I know with one leghas a scooter the battery only last for a year if that ,had ask for another battery which comes from Australia?can't you keep some in stock? He needs his scooter for complete independentYou donot care for peoples needThis poor man is still waiting a week later I think you need to take a good at yourself & care
