Stopped into their new store in St. Albans today and had such a great experience. Adnan and his team gave us a tour and an education about Persian rugs. We picked out a runner that we loved and Adnan looked up the history of the rug and told us about the region it came from. Not only were the rugs all so beautiful - and there were so many different varieties to choose from - but the customer service was above and beyond. I'm so happy with our purchase. I recommend Nile Rugs wholeheartedly. Such nice people and quality merchandise.

A completely online shopping experience and so easy with the website information and photographs, of particular value to us were the measurements which allowed us to obtain almost custom made rugs for the spaces.This was only to be matched by the excellent service and value for money. Delivery to a North Island rural location only taking 2 and 1/2 working days.We appreciated the opportunity to buy vintage and continue the useful life of two beautiful rugs.Barbara and Dave
