Excellent service, atmosphere, and products. Jenny is an amazing stylist that really listened to me and took her time in perfecting my cut. Thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Epsilon.

Leah coloured my hair and I am so happy with it! I have been getting blonde highlights for 5 years now and she has done the best job by far. Would definitely go back to her, so talented.

I booked a last minute appointment as my hair had gone a horrible orange after lightning it.I had Annaliese and she was amazing! She spent so much time and effort making my hair look perfect and I left extremely happy with it.Highly recommend!!Super friendly stylists.

Shocking service. If you're unhappy with your hair Libby and her staff, become very nasty (think schoolyard bullies). I ordered hair extensions, and on advice from the team, they ordered blonde extensions and said they would colour them brunette to match my natural hair colour. They didn't order brunette extensions as I had blonde foils, and they told me they could dye the extensions darker, leaving some blonde out to match the blonde foils in my natural hair. They cannot lighten extensions but can darken extensions (apparently, but not when you look at the photos of my extensions after they were ruined attempting to get them darker multiple times that day).My appointment was meant to take no longer than 3hrs. After 5.5 hours in the salon while the team attempted to darken my extensions this was the result! No blending and frankly shocking.How can you let someone walk out of your salon with hair like this?When I got home and realised how bad my hair was I asked for the extensions to be removed & to be refunded, Long story short the team did not want to refund the colour work (which was only done to match the extensions. It didn't match) No acknowledgment that it took my entire day and that I would have to take another morning off of work & go back in to have them removed (I live an hour away from the salon).Libby said if I want a refund they would cancel my future bookings (Christmas).This isn't the first sub-par colour from Epsilon.Do not waste your time or money at Epsilon.

Best hairdresser I've had, and I'm incredibly demanding! Innovative, professional, friendly styling that works easily at home whether left curly, waved or straightened. Emphasis on healthy hair is important to me, love you Jeni!

I loooove my cut. I've been to three different stylists here (because Im disorganized) and all have given fantastic cuts PLUS really good advice on what to do, or not to do, with the cut and style. Trustworthy, professional, experienced team of stylists there. Highly recommend their services.

I've been going to Epsilon for a couple of years now and absolutely love how they take care of their clients. The salon is beautiful, the stylists knowledgeable and the products amazing – I'm now a Kevin Murphy convert! Rosa has taken my hair from dark to light and maintained its health and integrity all the way through. Definitely worth the expense! Their online booking system also makes securing an appointment a breeze (which is great for those like me who don't love calling to book!).

So tonight was my 3rd visit to the salon and I can honestly say that I’m so impressed with the service these ladies provide. They’re true professionals in every sense of the word. They’re kind and attentive. Not pretentious and rude. And they’re very skilled hairstylists. Tonight I had jenny cut my long blonde curly hair and she was so professional. She knew that I wanted to keep my length but wanted to get the damaged ends off with a few layers in the front. She consulted me with every single snip to make sure I was happy with how much she was taking off. I’ve never had a hairdresser so thorough. You can tell she’s a perfectionist in her trade. It was really nice to experience. The girls who previously coloured my hair were also amazing and were really careful to make sure my colour was exactly what I wanted. And the blow wave!!!!!!!!! Oh the blow wave!!! I felt salon fresh for a whole week! Really good salon. Reasonably priced with great staff. Also.. They use really luxury top shelf products. So your hair is a dream afterwards. Top marks!! Great salon! X

I’m so pleased with my experience with Jennie at Epsilon. I came in with blocky blonde and she magically transformed it into a million-dollar balayage. I have been dying my hair for a good 20 years and this has been my very best experience. It’s exactly what I wanted and I’ve already booked to come in again. Thank you so much Jennie for giving me back my confidence by looking so good!
