A1 Onehunga Towing Service
They had a miss in the system in regards to our delivery of a caravan. Missed out on my note about a very steep drive way in waitakere ranges. I had pointed out that it was not possible to tow the caravan up the driveway, this was why we needed their help. However, they sent 3 different trucks to help us out with this problem and the last guy turned out to be the hero and got it up. These guys went out of their way to sort their mistake and did not even charge us extra for those hours they spend. I would highly recommend this company since they care about their jobs.

After waiting for another towing company for over 3 hours for a tow after a vehicle accident we decided to call Onehunga Towing Service. They came within 30 minutes and dropped a passenger off on the way home.

Had money in my glove box prior to having my vechile impounded, when the vechile got released I saw the the money had gone. No doubt there will be compensation in the foreseeable future. Very dissapointed with the way it was handled. The owner Paul seems like a genuine guy stating that no reports of theft or misplacement has ever occurred at the impound ever but the operating staff are untrustworthy.

Asian man who answered my call was prompt, friendly and helpful. Knew the area I was going to tow to and arrived very quickly on the same day with my car.Id definitely recommend this company than Atoz as the person towing my car there forgot the address i told them THREE times and charged me an extra fee when they revisited my house.

Have lost our belongings,After calling them to say we were going to pick up our belongings (car was a write-off) from our car I called them back a few days later to find out they had sent the car away!!Very frustrating to deal with and offered no help even though the previous staff member said they would put everything aside.

Driver while towing broken down vehicle, deliberately crashed it into the trailer after I called AA (who used them as a contractor). Despite me having a witness and photos, they assessed the damage as 'not fresh' and refused to claim responsibility, apologise or offer any form of compensation.

Update they did nothing nothing fix this.. they Damaged my low car and they claim it's not their issue to fix..16000$ car turns to rubish by these guys..Would 100% not recommend anything in onehunga...
