I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a KTM 390 Adventure from Motoland, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! As an out-of-town customer, I had initially reached out to Motoland via email, and I was fortunate enough to have Hamish, the sales manager, assist me throughout the entire process.Hamish's professionalism and dedication were evident from our very first interaction. Despite the distance, he promptly responded to all my inquiries, addressing each question with thoroughness and expertise.What truly set Hamish apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. He not only assisted me in purchasing the bike but also helped me with the installation of a phone mount and mirrors.Overall, I cannot recommend Motoland enough, especially if you're in the market for a new motorcycle. They picked up the quad bike for a checkup and quote. Not a word for WEEKS and when I called they put me through to message bank..Pretty poor and hard to recommend.UPDATEI have been contacted after the original review was left and not because they had it scheduled. But they did call. Thanks.They are easy to deal with and they did pick up the Quad bike earlier than expected.Let's see where it goes from here.UPDATEWell I finally got the quad back. It's now February.They attempted to bring it back once, but it was dead on arrival.Now that it's back it still DOES NOT meet the requirements. I can not ride it. I can't use the gear change lever, which I told them about. I have a disability in my feet which makes them weak. Of course they could ride it which as far as they are concerned was good enough. Not!The bike does go, but the battery no longer holds a charge. They changed the starter button even though the old one was working when it left here.SUMMARYThere is no way I would ever recommend Motoland to anyone expected to get a repair done.Very Poor Effort. 3 Stars because it does go. Oh, and by the way over $400. They didn't charge me storage for the 3 months they had it.

Excellent service! Phoned up just on closing, told them my predicament and they had me fixed and back on the road 30mins after opening the following morn! Rode out with a fresh bike and a big smile, cheers guys!

Everyone at Motoland that helped with the quick purchase & follow-up assistance of my MT09 2021 was fantastic! After speaking with Anthony, I felt assured this would be a great bike for me, no demonstration bike was available in NZ at the time and I am not an experienced rider (was riding infrequently an MT03 2016) so it was a bit risky to spend this sort of money, however, Motoland supported my contingency plan to resell quickly should that be required. Neil gave me all the time I required to show me through all the technical features and provided some great riding tips, the workshop had my extra's (crash protectors, etc) for the bike ordered and fitted in less than 24-hours. I am 100% happy with the bike and I highly recommend Motorland so please don't hesitate to connect with the team, they are incredibly friendly, welcoming and will have you riding your dream bike too, all a very smooth and easy process.

Got a puncture on Marine Parade Napier,took back wheel in & the staff promptly had tyre fixed.Excellent service made my day !!!AAA+

hands down best place for any bike services in Hawkes Bay, I went into motolands after being mucked around by ericksen honda bayview for 2 weeks, motolands had me sorted the very next day bike fully serviced. Kept in contact with me the whole time. Highly recommend these guys won't be taking my bikes anywhere else, this is the place to go. 10/10

Person at the front desk was rude about masking even after I showed my exemption. And she didn’t even have a mask on when I first walked in. But seems to be good prices and great selection. The name “Motoland” is only to be found on a printed piece of paper taped to the window. So when I first arrived I wasn’t sure I was at the right place! Signage does not match the name on google maps.
