The teller over charged me and when I questioned her she said the exchange rate on the board that I'd been looking at for 30 minutes wasn't correct. It can change several times a day so they don't honor the rate shown. Won't come back here.

They don't answer their phone or emails. I have been trying for 10 days with no success. I don't want to travel all the way there and not get the type of money I need to travel. very disappointing
