Took two whole days to hear back from the staff at this place. Finally booked a room. When we got there the guest parking was an absolute shambles. Staff were rude, impatient and not willing to help. Conditions requested in the online form regarding set up of the conference room not adhered to. Had to quickly set it all up ourselves without the help of the staff. Do not do business with this outfit.

Quite happy with Regus and it's Level of services provided. The staff is exceptional, specially Nivedita and Binh, they are extremely supportive and very helpful.All 5 stars.
