Pretty hard to say anything positive. Bought a brand new motor off these guys and it clapped out after about 20000 km. Rang to enquire about a new part which was required due to a manufacturing fault. The cam lobes on the exhaust cam had become loose. Was prepared to cop the thousands in other parts and labour but thought I might get a discount on a new cam. No chance. Not even interested in sourcing me a new one. Had to put second hand in brand new(ish) engine that I now don't trust. In this case worse than useless. Both product and service.

Great service from the Service Department. They told me how much the service would be at time of booking, so there was no surprises at pick up. Friendly helpful staff. Certain other large New Plymouth franchise dealership service departments could learn a lot from these people!
