Had our property on the market for 12 months and we were about to un-list and use equity to purchase a home, then a chance walk-in to Charlie’s open home changed everything. I walked into the open home at 15 Ravenna way which was adjacent to the street where my house was for sale, it was a casual walk-in on the way to my property, wondering as usual why it wasn’t selling. That day on that chance walk in, I was glad to meet Charlie Brothers, we struck up a convo and not too long into the convo I could tell, this guy … he had a totally different approach to selling. I had a brief convo that afternoon with my partner and after some thought we called up Charlie to see what he could do for us. That was 17th January , our house was staged and on the market by 20th January, and the offer we were waiting for came by 22nd January!!. It was almost too quick to be true , but it was definitely done and over before we could digest the speed at how things were going !A part of me still cannot believe the house is gone as I write this review. My opinion , Charlie should be writing the real estate textbooks. Thanks Charlie , your professionalism and friendly attitude made it a pleasure to work with you.
