WUCHA DOMINION ROAD 悟茶
I will probably never come back here again. I would get the red bean slushy/milkshake after work and most of the time, staff have never made me feel welcome. But I didn't mind too much because I like this specific drink they have.However, tonight (Friday 28th Oct, approx 11:15pm) is as much rudeness as I can handle. My partner and I went up to the counter to order our drinks and there was a female worker standing behind the computer. We stood there for like a minute waiting for her to say something but she was just looking down. Since the counter is tall, we didn't notice she was just on her phone the whole time we were standing there in front of her. Finally, a nice male worker came up next to her and said Hi

WUCHA DOMINION ROAD 悟茶
This branch is on Dominion Road with all the other restaurants close to Balmoral road. They have the same menu as the other branches. The seating area is fairly big with a nice leaf wall on one side.We grabbed some drinks for takeaway and they were all quite nice. The red rice mochi coconut was pretty much like liquid sticky rice with chewy pieces of mochi in it. I did enjoy it but was surprised at the mochi at the start with the slimy and chewy consistency.

Very trendy place, nice setting, but we are still trying to figure out what the drinks offered are. If you, like us, are new to these types of beverages, the good news is that staff are very friendly and would explain or recommend something for you. (as the ingredients are no where to be found).Also probably a lot of packaging, it would be fantastic to add some recycling bins.

Not a pleasant experience visiting the store. Asked for an ice-free one, but getting one with much ice instead.(shown in the pic). Plus, we asked the staff if we swap our honey comb to a different shape instead, the one with glasses rudely replied and try to ignore us. Really disappointed of how he treats the customers. Thx to that one staff with long hair, great attitude and nice customer service.

Nice ambience, comfortable seating. A nice addition of the franchise in a convenient location. I recommend the tea latte. Try it with half sugar option so the tea flavour stands out more. I like the fact that the shop uses individual tea bags per serving rather than a large tea bag for the whole batch.
