I am a 1st time home buyer. I used Saunders Solicitors and the legal practitioner that assisted me was Charlotte Grimshaw. Charlotte appear very competent. Her communication skill was spot-on. She was very efficient and friendly. Charlotte made sure that I understood the laws of buying a property. Charlotte ensured also that I understood the LIM / Building Report. She interpreted the LIM and made it so simple for me to understand. She encouraged me to ask questions. She maintained an excellent customer client relationship.
