Initial call was on a bad line. Said I would ring straight back on another phone. Rang straight back to find the person I had been speaking to had left the office! The girl I dealt with was good, and emailed the branch closer to me outlying what was required. Never heard a bloody thing back. Absolutely chocking customer service!
