Great service all around. Had a problem with a custom golf cart, and they quickly picked up and fixed it, very easy and good service. We then asked if they could service our ride on mower, and again brilliant service and came back as good as new. Great all around team!

I recently purchased a Flex-Force 60V Electric mulching lawn mower, and am very impressed. Very powerful, and great battery life - a serious lawn mower! The team at Toro seem very supportive so far, so I'm feeling confident that it was a good purchase.

Damaged mower on collection, refused to fix damages and discuss a solution. NEVER will I ever send my equipment to be serviced by these people again.To your response.The mower was brought from you new. great record you must keep.The mower bas been back 4 times in 2 years with nothing but problems. If thats not direct business then what is ? I've spent $2800 with your company in botched repairs. Again great records.My contractors ( digger operator ) watched your guy for 1 hour drag the broken mower out of the shed. They saw him having so much trouble the offered to help which he declined.Hanging up on a customer really shows how much you really care about them. Mistakes happen, owen up.

Awesome, friendly and welcoming service. Nathan on the irrigation counter gave the most welcoming and fast service I've had from a supplier in a very long time. It's to the point you normally feel like you are an inconvenience to the staff when walking into a suppliers shop front. But not at Parklands, these guys now how to get a customer to want to come back. Cheers

My Toro Mower has given fantastic fault free service over the last 4 years. I have a very large lawn on a steep slope, and this mower makes lawn mowing so much easier.I did a lot of research before selecting this mower, and am very pleased with my selection.Parkland also offer a mobile service (or pickup and return) so altogether a great experience - especially if you are very busy. This brand and this company are totally recommended.
