Hmmm Right!. Very nice lady! Gave great service. But she must have to bear the brunt of very unruly customers cause the pricing is just in a another level!!!! Hugely expensive! I can see why lots of waste gets dump on the river banks.

Extremely Overpriced dump $135 dollars for a trailer load which was heavy but still only 1 bucket load for the digger there should be a maximum price Once you get to a certain weight, I would be happy paying 60-70 dollars for a decent trailer load. No wonder people dump there rubbish on the side of the road.

Redclyffe Transfer Station is located on Springfield Road, a few minutes southwest of Taradale. It takes various types of recycling, scrap metal, green waste, building waste, general waste and other items including retired LPG bottles and waste oils. Booking is no longer required.

Redclyffe Transfer Station
Excellent service here, few queues - so I managed to whip straight through. Knowledgeable, polite and assistive staff. Full suite of bins to put sorted recyclables in which is free of charge, prior to paying for non-recyclables beyond the weighbridge. Has recently had some roading improvements, but tidying of inevitable windblown litter could be better.

I'm not really sure how best to review somewhere you drop your rubbish and greenwaste off to, but there's nothing BAD to say about it. The staff are nice on the weighbridge and there's never too much of a queue. The opening hours are also convenient too for an early Saturday morning run.

Redclyffe Transfer Station
As a regular visitor to the recycling center for many years I was very disappointed with the facilities today.Every cardboard bin and bottle recycling bin was full to overflowing and the amount of loose rubbish around the site was disgusting.There was no sign of any staff attending to the bins as you once normally saw on your visits.Very discerning and wondering why this is happening, let's hope it gets resolved soon.

More effort needs to made by the operator in keeping the general area tidy and free from rubbish. The green waste disposal pit needs to be cleared of veg build up both in the pit and the adjacent platform. The bump rail is also broken and there is a risk of trailers falling into the pit.
