Genuinely the rudest staff at any fast food chain I have ever been to. Staring down customers, throwing sandwiches onto the counter, getting angry when a customer doesn’t hear their mumbling, telling customers to adjust/wear a mask whilst not wearing one themselves.

I'm not sure why negative things were said about Lekha. I am a regular at Subway, she is always friendly and remembers my kid's names always greeting us with a smile !! The customer service is fantastic.

I went to this subway on 18 jan at 3:30pm, not a good service, didn’t deal professionally, the man who prepared my order didn’t change gloves as well as used same knife which he was using to cut the chicken patties, I’m vegetarian, worst experience with subway.

The Indian woman who worked there during the day on 17th July during the day is terrible.She put hardly any salad into the footlong I has ordered, six or seven strands of grated carrot. This is not standard, at the other subways they will put in a decent amount of salad. Very impolite, then was muttering some garbage at the end which I couldn't decipher.If you don't like working there...then leave. The management should look into removing her, I suspect some of the other reviews here are related to that staff member.Will not provide any business to this Subway until staff are retrained or changed.

Subway food is always great but the Kilbirnie store staff are borderline rude. Guy was slamming down all the chairs as he went around cleaning the tables, with customers seated nearby eating. Staff as they serve you are never welcoming or friendly. Clearly the staff hate their jobs.

Very poor service, quite rude to be honest. Was stared down at & had been snarky to my partner & I the entire time. I wasn’t impressed. Especially walking away with mistakes in our order. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. No hospitality environment should have that awful of service.

They're not very helpful walking you through the ordering process when it's your first time. Had to repeat a lot of instructions. Used the same gloves for handling meat and other ingredients when I have allergies. Food was good though.

Sub of the day was pork riblet, asked the server if I could get the sub of the day and leave out the pork riblet and just have a salad sandwich for the same price. He said no, so I had to pay extra two bucks for a salad sandwich. Like why bro? I could have ordered a pork riblet and thrown out the riblet and have the same salad sandwich you made me, but I didn't want to waste your food.

Girl who served me I think her name was lekah.. was very negative. She had no energy and didn't clean the knife before wiping other food into my sandwich. She didn't put in any effort or give off any positive energy. I used to work at Subway, that's not how I did things ...
