First time taking out dog here and I wasn’t concerned at all. They said if there was any problems they would txt or call. When we went to pick our dog up the woman was very friendly and told us they gave our dog a good brush that morning.I will be more than happy to bring our dog back here in the future.

Excellent Kennel with extremely attentive and caring staff. They recognized my dog was in distress and got her to a vet in time to save her life. We will be eternally grateful and highly recommend them

Our dog always comes back happy when he's stayed at Penzance! They're really good at getting them exercise and time with dogs they get along with. Really nice staff too. This was a short-notice trip and Penzance fitted us in no problem.

Excellent Kennels! The dogs have sufficient room to move around and a warm spot to sleep in, the staff are knowledgeable and make sure that dogs get enough exercise (and not too much either).They are my preferred Kennels in Dunedin.

My dog is not the most relaxed of dogs, so I'm always a little worried when I need to board her. Ive had her at Penzance a couple of times now and they are really great and making sure she is only socialised with calm dogs. They are also really open to an update via email to ease my mind on how she is getting on.

Awesome team, I think Sookie is more excited to see the Penzance staff when we drop her off than she is when we come to pick her up! They are happy to give you updates if you have owner separation anxiety and are really accommodating.
