I asked what time they closed coz i had a parcel to post for a birthday present. , they told me 5.30pm. i arrived at 5.25 the same afternoon to find the doors locked and although people were inside they wouldn't open the door. If you are going to close early - tell us please!

Hasnt got a sign or anything saying that Kiwibank and/or Western union is closed after 3pm. People expect that since its open till 5 they can use it but need to put up a sign or something. Otherwise good and friendly staff"

The ladies in the shop were so incredibly helpful. I was trying to find a gift card that my son could use overseas, he's in isolation with covid and i wanted to gift him an iTunes or Google play card, so took photos of the various ones on sale, stood waiting for his text replies, messages back n forth, and the ladies serving answered all my questions. Soooo impressed with the service, will definitely be returning for future purchases

Quite nice. They have a decent selection of books and a built in stationary shop. At the back is a postal service too. The people there do their job well.

A good store with excellent staff however they havent opened their doors 26/12, 27/12 and now it seems 28/12 which is hard to believe in modern times especially as they have postal, banking and lotto services at their disposal. Maybe they have no cover for staff needing a break which is bad management. There are no notices on their windows to indicate when they are reopening. Pretty shoddy and they have dropped the ball here.
