Fully secure faculty for items that you need stored.Downside is they will up pricing whenever they see it’s viable for within there terms and conditions.The cost of spring hasn’t increased since your there, they haven’t provided any additional value to the storage or facility.

4 price increases in 2 years. Finding it hard to understand how this is justified!! It's not like there is any customer service!!

As a long term storage user. I have been really impressed by the new site manager and team who have taken over from the previous team.They are extremely helpful and very professional.It a very clean and tidy facility and very secure. I will be continuing my use of the current storage and I am more then happy to recommend them.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! Up until recently this was Storage King and the people were lovely and helpful. Had to go to their Hornby location to pick up the move out truck as the Rolleston National Storage is now not staffed on a Saturday. When I got there he asked me for a credit card but I didn't have one. He wasn't going to provide me the truck even when telling him I had a debit card and that I had come all the way from Timaru. After a heated discussion we agreed I would pay $1100, refundable upon return of the truck. I returned it with a full tank of petrol, the nozzle at the gas station had clicked and I still put in a tad more but that apparently wasn't enough. I only got refund $1080 and it took 10 days for the money to come through!! NEVER AGAIN!!

No care or attention given to their customers, despite us forking out thousands for their poor services. Would strongly recommend never dealing with this pathetic company.

Great first time storage experience, originally signed up under storage king, contract honored with national Storage. Still got a free pre-agreed move in truck for the day with no issues. Customer service was awesome.
