HB Williams Memorial Library

Love this place has an electic range of books as well as rooms you can use if your wanting a bit of privacy, computers you are able to use- a lot of things for kid's.

Have loved this place since I was a kid. Best Library in the world in my opinion.

I enjoyed it very much nice place to relax and very helpful staff, thank you guys.

3 years ago since last review-wow so much has happened aye.Leon still the nicest bloke ever and Aroha has joined the ranks of one of the lovely folk along with Tyson-thanks for organising my click and collect really appreciate the first class service-thank you. What an awesome space - great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's so much more than a library - they offer a range of services, and you need to check it out if you haven't already.

The library is a great asset to Gisborne. The stained glass window is beautiful. Do visit if you have time.

Awesome. Personally I do not own a computer. But one hour free and my computer skills are hopeless.I manage to navigate my way round. The staff are great willing to help. I don't even hold a library card. How cool is that. You must show your vacine pass to get through the door. If you do not hold one, I do not know what the process is for entry. Just check if want to book or use a computer straight away. Because the other week I could only use for half hour. Still trying to understand new covid system. As for the books you guys on your own there. All in all great head space well designed on the new / old refit. Very welcoming. Definite lifer. 10 out o 10.

Great place to read books and stories and history of anything of sorts.
