WarmthNZ supplied a replacement heat pump (supplied by a third party) to our existing underfloor system of seven years.From initial contact the knowledge, experience, of underfloor systems ensured we were in good hands.The install team were professional and friendly, the heat pump supplied is quiet and easy to operate and our power bill has reduced. Warmth NZ installed the in-slab and hot water heating in our home, two years ago, when we built an energy efficient home in Christchurch. Over the years, I had always been a solid fuel fire person but circumstance said I needed to look at alternatives. I'm not a fan of high wall heat pumps, so that was out. I talked with Warmth NZ and thought this could be for us. It was the best decision we made in the build. The level of comfort has to be experienced to believe. I will never go back to any other type of heating. It's not expensive to run, our power bills have been very acceptable. Do it once, do it right and you will never regret it.

This review is 2 years overdue, but in a way its good as I can do it with all the experience that goes with it.We spent long time researching and decided to go with air to water underfloor heating system, and didn't disappoint! The power bill is less than we paid previously and no need for adjusting of temperature, no chill mornings , really really great system..One more thing needs a mention, the people that made all of this possible.. from original contact with Martin, than with installing crew that worked really well with builders, and than Hanshu & John, who didn't mind coming over to check the system even though it was late evening and public holiday.. really appreciate the effort guys and wish you many more successful projects..Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!!

It's gearing up to get chilly again, but I'm actually looking forward to having toasty warm toes again. This will be our second winter using Warmth NZ's underfloor heating system and I couldn't be happier. Everything works extremely well and it's great knowing that I'm not going to run out of firewood or have any other worries.The Management and engineering team at Warmth NZ are super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They know their stuff and they make it happen for you. They are experts at what they do, and what they do is keep your house warm! Just set your thermostat and relax.

From the first communication, to ordering, advice and technical support during the insulation and fabulous follow up support, Warmth.nz team have been nothing but exemplary in communication and professional advice. We installed the heat pump hot water system and heat pump heated concrete floor. The best investment in creating a healthy economical to run home we have ever made.

I contacted Warmth NZ to ask if my control settings in underfloor heating might need adjustment. A technician came the next day to check and make adjustments. While there Hanshu also picked up a small maintenance item that needed attending to which was fixed the next day and all at no charge. Both the staff, Hanshu and Jobin, were very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. I found their service to be top class given the system was installed a few years ago. Warmth NZ certainly provide excellent follow up service and I would highly recommend this company.

We installed Warmth NZ hot water heatpumps into 7 new houses we constructed in 2022. This was a Build to Rent project where rent was all inclusive of the electricity. We were initially unsure if the extra cost of this system was going to be worth it but after 6 months of the houses being occupied and analysing the electricity accounts we are very thankful we did go with Warmth NZ.We have PV Solar panels on the houses so can heat the water during the day for free" so our water cylinder is fully heated again for the evening requirements. The approximate 1kw of power used to heat water vs the 3kw from a traditional element system is the big advantage with this setup.We will be using this system in our future projects and when I renovate my own home will definitely be incorporating a Warmth NZ system.Brian

The product is amazing - our house sits at 20 degrees all day in winter with no heat pump on and everything works well. The guys at Warmth are friendly and know their stuff. It is great that I was able to work with both them and One Vision Solar to create a system which runs on solar and makes heating my floor and house even more affordable. If you are looking for a cost effective heating solution and want to incorporate in slab heating, hot water heat pump and solar, I would highly recommend talking to Warmth Nz and Jarrod from One Vision.
