Staff's terrible behavior. Please do not purchase the UD truck. We have over 15 years of experience in the trucking industry. I own twenty trucks. The truck causes a slew of issues. Even worse than the trucks is the staff. For one issue, you must take the truck to UD, who will never fix it in one go and will continue to charge you for it.

Used to be good. But recently start rip-off customer, went in with my 2016 truck for less than 1 hour work (waited in the waiting room so I know the time spent)and got charged for 2 hour at $210. And another $1300 for a exhaust sensor. Will never come again and no more UD trucks for me.
