It needs some pots and greenery to offset the plain decor, otherwise a pleasant place to send off and greet friends and family.

It was so nice to have a shop in the loungeThe selection of Hawkes Bay goodies and how they were displayed was great. I bought my first apricots and nectarines for the season there. Very impressed.

After renovation it’s one of the best AirNZ regional lounges, functional design with plenty of room and seating options and a place to chill before the flight, grab a drink or bite form usual selection of food and snacks. Will be even better if there are some vegan / vegetarian options too. Coffee is average but better than the one you get on the plane. It’s really good to see AirNZ investing in comfort of frequent travellers.

Not a lot of space at present with all the new development work going on. Will be great when complete.Update Oct 2022 -getting better now with more of this place open. Easy in and easy out. Could do with some more comfy seating and places to charge phones.

Napier Airport's new Air NZ Koru Lounge is incredibly spacious, accommodating, and clean.Would highly recommend, staff are also lovely.

Really friendly staff. The food is great at the lounge. It can be harder to find a space to sit during peak hours otherwise it is great place to hangout while you wait for your flight

Great sitting up in the flight lounge sipping coffee and watching the seafog plague the sky and stop all flights. Staff service with a smile eased the long wait.
