Great customer service over the lockdown period. Next day delivery which was great, and the packaging was secure, iPhone was in excellent condition on arrival. They rang before shipping my item to let me know that the preferred colour I wanted wasn’t in stock and gave me other colour options. I had also received a free phone case with my purchase as well ☺️ Thank you Viber store. Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to purchase second hands goods.

Unbelieveable, ordered a IPhone and requested a tracking number, was told item was not available as it was in transit but will in store late afternoon, they would advise when instore...rang again Friday and got the same story because of the Covid issues delivery was delayed...CRACK UP.... dont guarantee 3-4 day delivery when you 1. Dont even have the item and 2. Blame it on Covid...SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Seen this site on Google, and they have a store in NZ couldn't believe the price was only $699.99 as seen they pop up around the world. But check it out they have a factory now here. We needed phones for our company so i wanted to check one out first. Thank you Kate, very good quality and price is really fair. I will get two more now. I know the quality. thanks Jeff GG

Seems to have closed down their operations. Website has two different 0800 numbers. One goes somewhere else another is non-responsive. No reply to emails. Don't waste your time here.

Needed a couple of tablets and accessories for our School, Great to deal with and very patient with our delivery, we misshed them twice but they worked with us to make sure we where in at a time that we could sign for the goods. Inder is very nice to deal with. Good Work Viberstore
