For the past 7 months I have been dealing with a bed I brought from a store in Hamilton, With numerous emails (50) and calls nobody from head office customer service or the store have called me back or dealt with anything I have asked. I had 4 returned beds! Worst service I have ever experienced. It was the very first bed I have ever brought myself. I cannot believe how I have been ignored and pushed aside and just left to my own device's.

Worst experience ever. People in the store kept lying to me and refused to help me make a complaint. A guy working there even told me that he was manager,but he is really not. It seems like Harvey Norman company is OK with that.
