Grout Perfect cleaned and regrouted all of our tiled areas - bathrooms, kitchen, hallway and external balconies. They did an excellent job. All the areas now look new and fresh. There was no dust or mess, the work was completed on time and to the quotes given. Phil was very good to deal with, straightforward and professional. Given the extensive amount of work required, we consider the cost was good value for money.

Phil did not turn up on Thursday, when we messaged he said don't panic he'll be there later Thursday. Didn't arrive, we called & messaged Friday morning and was told '11am', followed shortly by 'can't now'. Left us with guests arriving at the property with no bathroom to use! Very disappointing to be mucked around

Phil gave great reassurance from the outset that we had come to the right place for our slate tiling, regrouting and kitchen tile repair work.Throughout the job, he was friendly and helpful and, with Harry assisting, did first class work. Highly recommended as someone who delivers and someone you can trust.
