These guys are the simply best. I've just phoned them and asked my need on 2 different occasion, and they provide an exceptional service on both occasion, and on 1 occasion, timing was so crucial as the others were charging us for hourly rates, but the Overland Express made everything just on time and that's saved us a lot of money, and their price was lot lot better than the few other companies quotes.

Clive and his team are trained professionals who specialise in the movement of heavy haulage, abnormal loads, out-of-gauge loads, steel work, heavy plant and equipment. They have all the gear with their fleet including Round Town Curtainsider, Low-bed Transporter Semi Trailer, Hiabs, Tipper Trucks, Grapple Truck, Flat Deck Semi, Trombone Trailers.

These guys are great! Accommodating, friendly and really great help. They managed to shift a swim spa in less than 2 hours and (to our surprise) got it in exactly the awkward spot we wanted it with some problem solving. Would totally recommend to anyone, cannot rate higher.

Truck driver was booked to pick up some hire equipment by our customer.I helped the driver out with the loading by use of our forklift. To my surprise, after my requests for him to repeat what he said, he appeared to get angry with how I could not hear him.I am deaf but use implants to hear and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a truck driver.I have been unloading and loading trucks for 10 years, and as well as working both in Auckland in Christchurch I've never had any issues like this.Sad to say that it has given my company and I a bad impression of the service we could expect, and we wouldn't be recommending these people to anyone else.Charter Trucks have a great service and all the drivers are happy and glad to service us.
