AAG MOTORCYCLES

Had received a dirt bike from AAG motorcycles to my workshop for repairs my advice is take it to a reputable shop, alot of components in this engine have been poorly done and or broken, client claimed they paid over $2000 for engine repairs and its taken well over 5 months to complete and was still never completed. I have since finished the rebuild with all correct parts installed and now runs excellent. Food for thought for anyone looking at motorbike repairs.

The customer experience is mind blowing. George was genuine, professional and very helpful. George at AAG certainly understands the importance of client’s time and never failed to impress.One of the best mechanics around. From the time I took my motorcycle for the repair inspection to the text messages I receive every day giving me the update on my motorcycle is very impressive. AAG prices are very reasonable compared to most dealers and other motorcycle mechanics around and his work is excellent. My bike rides better and he fixed all minor issues and took time to explain everything in regards to the repairs done and future recommendations.Thank you George.HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAG Motorcycles.

Went to aag motorcycles For basic repairs on my dirtbike .weeks went by I heard nothing so I give George a ring to see what the story was?He would promise me it would be sorted over the next few days.I ring up again after another week to see if there was any progress because I had a ride coming up and it needed to be fixed in time witch George promised me it would be from the start, once again not ready hasn’t even been looked at.this went on for a couple months every week I would ring got nothing but excuses every time .The whole time my bike was there it was put outside everyday ,I would often get calls from friends of mine telling me your bikes sitting outside in the rain again I eventually just turned up and picked my bike up from him I had enough of his lies.I do not recommend him to anybody he can not be trusted he is dishonest an talks nothing but rubbish. I question if he is even a qualified mechanic. there is a lot of negative talk going around east Auckland about George and how he operates stay away !!

Got a decent flatty on my ZX, Rang the owner and asked if he could stay open even after hours, no other places were open but AAG was welcoming and obliging and was really keen to help, it was one of those situations where I was stuck with no puncture repiar. AAG waited until the tow truck dropped us off with the bike, came out with fresh tyres fitted and balanced, got a good chat with a pro motorcycle expert and sound advice, Bike was put back together by 8.00pm, I highly recommend AAG, alround good bloke with sound knowledge of bikes. Thanks guys.

I have received amazing service from this workshop today. They helped me out on short notice and pricing was really good. George answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me. This is a top caliber workshop. I will definitely be back.

Took my bike in to get new tyres, chain and sprockets. George went out of his way to make sure the tyres I had bought off someone else were the right tyres for my bike. He was very helpful when it came to the work too; fitting the new chain and sprockets whilst the wheels were off to fit the tyres, thus keeping the overall cost low. He took care to fix the broken tensioner and let me know what he was doing at every step so there were no unexpected surprises when I came to pick my bike up. George is a very knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic, and an all round good bloke. I would gladly take my bike back for any work that needs his expert touch!

Didn’t communicate about storage fees, never really asked me to pick it up warning me about storage fees, bike was out of oil. No major issues like headlights and indicator fixed. Cosmetic stuff fixed unasked for. All in all the worst workshop I ever trusted
