Quite disappointed. I requested a quote for a service and listed what I wanted done, standard tasks, including material required. I didn't get a reply, even after 2 emails. When I phoned I was told that they don't like to provide quotes, they rather just do the work and charge accordingly. And that's after they invoiced incorrectly last time they did repairs for me. Well, they have just lost 2 customers, we used to bring both our cars there. They are friendly, though, and ok for a standard oil change, if that's what you need.

Had my vehicle most of the day. Couldn't fix it straight away said would get back to me when they got a part. 1 week later no call so I called them, receptionist said she would talk to guy who had looked at it and call me back. Still no call 3 days later!!

Am I ever glad I chose Kamo Hi-TECH today - The dash was lighting up like a xmas tree, power was dropping & Hi-TECH was down hill from the Dentist - Yep Trouble found me again - Gav listened to our description, tested, ID'ed the problem in minutes, Your Alternator isn't working" & he's Right & he got Us Home.Going for auto help on a town trip isn't something I look forward to [I don't think I'm altogether weird there] but Gavin was there when I literally couldn't Roll any further & Helped me.HI-Tech Automotive = GOLD"

Got an appointment same day, which I needed as I was passing through. A cheerful mechanic went on the search for a faulty cable and found it, too. Please just heed this advice: the workshop is not on Clark Rd, but down a driveway to the right of the two auto workshops in front. High Tech, please put up a sign, and why not make it a big one, too.
