I have been following Stu since he opened Frankie and Son and I would not go anywhere else for a fresh cut. Stu is hands down the best Barber I have ever been to. His attention to detail and cuts are top shelf!! I have also had cuts from Kaleb and Sammy and they are both excellent. The shop has a great feel and you always feel the Manaakitanga when you walk in. The culture in the team is such a positive vibe and there is always good energy and great chat!! They even go above and beyond. For my brothers wedding Stu had the shop set up just for us which I recommend if its coming up to the big day. Next time you are in town make sure you book in with Stu and his team to have you looking and feeling great.

I've been getting a cut from stu since he first started i remember walking all the way to his house just for him just to learn on my hair.To see him now and what him and tori have accomplished is honestly such a beautiful story of really believing in eachothers dreams.I think the reason why they have such a great team and great working environment is because it starts from the top, meaning it all comes from stu and toris commitment to a high standard that not only reflects them but also compliments there team.They constantly raise the bar but also what i love is there number one point is for each client to leave the seat knowing the barber has delivered what they wanted. I can tell you right now everyone leaves fully satisfied with their cut.Last but not least is the level doesn't drop with any of their barber's, meaning ive had my go to barber and then he had been booked up one time and i tell you ive made my way through most of the barber's and not a single standard was dropped. Each performed at the same level. Now thats very rare to come by these days.That alone speaks for itself.Support your local !

I walked into here after a long tramping trip, needing a haircut and beard trim. I met Frazier, who attended to me with honesty, professionalism and a huge pride in what he does. I felt I was in good hands from the beginning. I’ve got pretty curly hair so I’m not always the easiest to cut for, but he did a great job! Big respect, and thanks again Frazier.
