Nice to shop. Bought a couple o things. Good quality.

Would be great if someone could please answer my emails and messages about the money what was taken from my account but the order didn't go through. Have sent numerous requests for contact.** Have changed my rating as I FINALLY found an email address to contact them on. Howver once I fDid finally get to speak tormeone they were super helpful. So I appreciate that but pls pls list a phone number or answer your other email address. It would of made this much smoother.

Rather disappointing. Not nearly as good as advertised. Albany shop used to be great.

A really good shop, you never know what you are likely to come home with, there is such a good range.

Do not buy things from this shop! They do not deliver goods that you paid for ( I paid online in advance ). Their customer service line is unreachable as well as the company representative ( from Mt Wellington, never picks up the phone, left two messages). The whole situation happened before Christmas, still no one get back to me ( no reply to my e-mails, no call backs to my phone messages). I lost 12$, but it could have been more!

I love this shop having been here a few times before and picked up some fantastic bargains. The advertised sale did not seem like one of their usual sales.The book selection was more limited than usual, the cook books upstairs looked to be more expensive than they usually are (twice the price).

Worst company I have ever completed an online purchase through. First off they forgot to send" my order which then mentioned due to them moving warehouses it would take an extra 10-14 working days to send my order after this time elapsed items had still not been shipped they asked for 3 more days and again nothing they then stopped giving excuses and just side stepped my queries finally I got the order and it's not exactly in good condition but the damage is minor and the pain of dealing with them was not worth trying to sort it out"

I have never felt so looked after and supported. I purchased two books with cash through my centers regular delivery woman only to receive no books in return. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I waited and tried calling and texting but no response... I was in despair knowing I had paid $50 to this woman who was neglecting to contact me back! Alas I emailed the company with my concern and received a lovely call within the hour explaining that the woman had skipped out on them taking mine and others money with her. I was assured I would receive my books by wednesday and to my surprise they came that day! Hand delivered by a lovely gentleman!Thankyou for your professionalism and great customer service!

I will not be using thus company again. First orders arrived quickly. I ordered stuff on the 21st May and still have not received goods. Trying g to contact them is a nightmare. I have left messages several times now I am at the point where I want my money back. This was not a small amount of money I spent.
