Absolutely terrible experience. As I arrived the receptionist was frantically attempting to reschedule people due to a malfunction with the facilities. The dentist rushed me into the chair and gave only the most cursory examination before beginning a quite aggressive cleaning session. It was one of the most painful dental experiences I have ever had and it was just a basic check and clean. I was in the chair for 15 minutes, charged $120.00, and I am still in pain the next day. I will not be returning and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Just wanted to say I went to this Dentist at 3.40pm. I hate dentist but the Asian dentist who looked after me, she was the best.I got some teeth cleaned and got a tooth pulled out. Apsaluly no pain at all and she looked after me well. Thank you for looking after me.from June

Hi there, first time to this dentist... I was seen by Dr F Young Bee Cho, she did an excellent job with a large filling and extraction, no pain from injection or extraction.....I felt it that night but to be expected of course... I recieved a phone call the day after from her inquiring on my well being after my surgery.... now that is a first from any dentist Ive been to... Once again I was treated like a special patient. Right from Mia at reception through to the end of the examination. Very professional, helpful and courteous. I would recommend G&E Dental to anyone wanting a very high standard of service. I am a very happy camper.

I called as they were an emergency after hours dentist, and as I was worried at the pain I was feeling after have a tooth extracted at another dentist that same day. The woman on the phone was useless! Proceeded to ask if I often suffered from anxiety! Lady, the pain was awful and you really didn’t set my mind at ease. What a terrible first impression, I’ll stay with my regular dentist.
