Gilmours North Shore

All good, much much cheaper for work than going to normal supermarkets. Staff were really helpful finding stuff. Happy. Easy layout. All good, see you again.

Highly recommend Gilmours North Shore. They’ve now added a fresh produce section - and a whole walk in chiller section for it and I’m loving it.

I sometimes go to here. They have good stuffs for my business. But I always want to tell Indian lady cashiers to They seem a little unfriendly to Chinese or Asians.

It is a good wholesaler for purchases on the North Shore. Lots of parking on the premises.Well laid out Isles and overall good amounts of stock on hand.Some of the staff are not the most helpful when you enquire about something you are looking for that is not on the racks.One thing that is very important is that you need to know your product prices that you are buying and remember er that GST is not included in the prices displayed. They definitely do have some great specials, but be aware of exactly what you are buying and check the exact items price.The check out assistant was very friendly and with great service. Will reccomend it to future customers.They have made some good changes to the inside of the building and are looking forward to all the future changes.Good to see that they have increased their amount of fresh produce.Some real good Easter Specials

If youre a business then it pays to shop here for some things, especially when buying in bulk. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy singular items from super markets.

I have a security guard in the door to check you have the appropriate card in which to enter the warehouse. There was not a lot of specials but there was a good selection of products available. It is a good place to go for commercial quantities not so good if you're just lying domestic products as supermarkets are often cheaper

Great buys and great meat selection. I get fish at a fair price. Huge selection of items. But be quick - the great bargains are sometimes sold out.

I went to the shop and can't find the tutau cream this morning .I check with the shop customer service and telling me no more stock. I don't really trust them then I rang to Gilmore customer service centre and the staff told me North shore branch have 700+ stock! When I asking North shore customer service why they don't sell cream for customers. They telling me they keep the stock for some customer who may have big order! I reckon that is unfair for normal customers! The explanation given by the staff is also unacceptable to me.

As the only bulk/ commercial supplier, this store is pitifully. We own a business on the shore & Gilmours Constellation is our closest branch. We constantly cannot get products that we need. Come on guys, potatoes, carrots, fresh greens chicken nuggets, burger patties & I can continue through our whole list of products that we purchase regularly but cannot get constantly. My menu relies on having these items readily available. Customer services have no clue of products that are sold in store. Like pulling a tooth talking to them. Shelves are empty but when you finally get a staff member, miraculously products appear from wherever they store it. Not good enough Gilmours North Shore. We rely on you to keep us stocked to run our businesses. I am really disappointed that I ordered a product & was assured that it would be in store on Friday. Went to pick up on the day only to get told that they had ordered the wrong product. On their word, I listed the item on my menu, but could not deliver. Customer service can only say that it may be a 50/50 chance that it will in store on Monday. Not good enough, sorry. Cannot wait for Costco to open. Not going to bother with Gilmours
