I had my nose pierced here about 3 months ago and the experience was horrible.Pearl was my piercer and was incredibly unwelcoming. She got frustrated when I wanted the piercing spot moved and, when pierced, fitted me with a ring that was way too big. Walking out of the store I stopped to look in the mirror and really didn't like how big the ring was so went back to the counter and paid to have it changed.When the cashier waved Pearl down to come lead me back to the room to switch it out, she rolled her eyes and scoffed.Pearl made me and my friend feel incredibly uncomfortable throughout the whole process, never once making me feel safe. As someone whose job it is to modify someone else's body, you'd think that they'd have a more comforting demeanor. Maybe she was having a bad day and I'm the unlucky customer who dealt with that fall out. Either way, it was unprofessional.While the piercing itself is fine, the experience was not. I'd not recommend Trendez to anyone looking to get a piercing.

My 7 year old daughter had her first ear piercing here. The lady was lovely and have a great package for kids getting their first piercing. They took their time making sure placement where holes would go were correct. Was a lovely experience for my daughter.

I came in to get my second nose piercing this week and had such an AMAZING experience with Pearl she is such a calm, fast, great, piercer! I was so nervous as i havnt had the best experiences before, but Pearl was amazing and made it so easy! In the past my other piercing was so painful and the healing process was difficult but the one Pearl did was so simple i keep forgetting its in my face as any pain level is non existent and littrally just feels like a wee pimple. I only want Pearl to pierce me now as her lovely attitude and help made this THE BEST PIERCING EVER THANKYOU PEARL!!!!!!

Me and my friend went in on Friday to get our ears pierced and got served by the most amazing person (who I later found out was Abby). I went in to the store feeling very nervous about getting a piercing but decided to get one anyway and honestly I do not regret it, Abby was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable I recommend you get your piercing done there if you want a good experience with lovely people. Thanks again Abby-Gabby

We had such a great experience picking new jewelry and getting it changed over with Pearl today! She was SO helpful and gave great recommendations, and took the time with us, while keeping other customers happy at the same time - an absolute legend! Thanks so much Pearl, we will be back!

I got my second lobe pierced by Jess on Saturday. She was fantastic - friendly, professional and explained everything well. I was a little nervous as the person at the counter seemed bothered and wasn't welcoming (mind you it was the end of the day). I didn't want them piercing my ears though, so I was relieved to see Jess come out.

I got my nose pierced at Trendez today and the process was immaculate. The shop was incredibly nicely laid out, very sanitary and also smelled rather clean which was very comforting. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly professional and super nice! They all made the process so quick and easy. I got pierced by Jess who was simply lovely, the instructions I was given were very clear and she did a great job of making me feel safe. I've never had such a good piercing experience. I recommend to all!

My friend and I went to get a piercing done and we ended up getting Pearl. By far the nicest piercer we've dealt with. Incredibly accurate and patient. Pearl made sure that my friend felt comfortable and not too overwhelmed. Pearl was also extremely encouraging and helped so much to get through the process! :)I highly recommend coming here to get pierced, great service!
