Carlene was amazing, she fought the barriers that were standing in my way and didn't stop until we won. I now have a home to call my own and will be forever grateful to Carlene and NZCU baywide. Everytime the banks closed I have to check their website everytime before I go in to make sure it's open Website says it's open go there n it's closed everytime closed, closed, closed am going to shift to another bank that values their customers n not just hike up the fees n create ludicrous charges n fees this bank is an absolute joke they should justclose up cos they can't run squat
