Excellent experiences and staff according to my mother.My other has limited english & needed a new eftpos card, the teller helped her through with the process with patience and kindness. Great communication skills along with stating specific instructions! Thank you to whomever helped her!

One of the most bad experience ever faced , the lady at counter with no name batch is very rude and irrespectful and not polite at all, i never expected this from anz and because of her am closing all my accounts from anzIt is happend on 7th June around 2:30pmThank you

I was assisted by Ms. B Kumar.Her service was excellent and her patience was phenomenal. I had issues with my account application but she helped work through it. There were other minor issues with the technology she quickly helped with as well. Very happy to have been served by her. She is an asset to the bank and branch
